Field Collection Systems
Our collection systems can be customized to the
needs of any system. Any combination of the services listed below can
be selected. We allow you to do what you do best while we do the
rest. No matter what services you select, we will apply our
Recovery Management System. This system is a combination of over 20
years of management experience and custom software which allows us to
achieve superior results.
- Equipment Recovery
-- Our Recovery Management System allows us to deploy a team of
motivated field collection specialists who get results. Every account
is worked continuously until we recover the equipment or learn what
happened to it.
- Collection Appointment Programs
-- With 24 hours notice we can meet a two hour appointment window for
payment collection or equipment recovery. Equipment recovery rates
improve substantially when subscribers who are disconnecting
voluntarily are provided with this option.
- Pre-disconnect Collections
-- Prior to non-pay disconnection a STAT representative will visit the
subscriber in the field to provide one last chance to bring the bill
current. This action will result in a higher percentage of accounts
saved. If the subscriber chooses to discontinue service, the cable
equipment is recovered immediately.
- Disconnections --
Both non-pay and voluntary disconnections tend to be seasonal resulting
in periodic backlogs. STAT's flexible system allows us to provide full
disconnection services or just provide extra manpower during high
demand periods.
- Reconnect Sales --
Our priority is to retain your subscriber base. At each step of the
collection process we work to keep subscribers connected or to get them
reconnected.
- Final Bill Collections
-- Prompt contact with subscribers after disconnection results higher
collection rates for final balances.
RMS Electronic Tracking and Management
-- The heart of our operations is the Recovery Management System (RMS).
We invested heavily in creating a custom software package which could
facilitate all of our collection efforts. RMS allows our managers to
track all activity within your system and provide you with complete
reports.
- Electronic Account Assignment
-- The system starts with your data, we will build a custom import
process to accept work order data from your system via email, ftp, or
the web. Our system is extremely flexible and can be tailored to meet
your needs.
- Full tracking of each account
-- At any given moment we know the status of every account you've

- Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly Reports
-- Clients are given timely summary report of our activities. These
reports can be tailored to you needs and can be provide on paper or
